Spring
Alphabet Poems are fun to write Bees buzz outside all day Christina loves to run outside and have fun Days are longer than usual Energetic bunnies sprint across the yard Fun activities go all around Girls gather flowers Hello and how are you? I wait all night for the next best day tomorrow Jokes fill up the room with laughter Kids blow bubbles outside Lemonade throws a party in my mouth Mom yells out "fresh iced tea for everyone" No one can ruin spring for me Of the smell of fresh pastries fill up my nose Planting flowers are always the best Quiet lakes excites me with canoeing Resting birds, tired from migrating fort he winter Super fun times everyday Trees bloom beautifully Umbrellas open up for spring Rain Very much makes me want to dance with the dandelions Watermelons are cut for everyone Xylophones are played for exhilarating music Zebras stroll through the breezy wind Lavender is the beautiful flowers in the fields
And the yummy tea, and wonderful meals Lavender Soap smells great on your hands And the grassy lavender platform all in the lands Lavender is quiet, and relaxing to your soul And the lavender candy, deep in my bowl. Black
Black is the dark night skies Black is the color of Halloween frights Black is no color for your eyes Black is the color of lies and lies Black is the color of the gross dirt Black is the color of my cute skirt Black is the color of the demons soul Black is the sidewalk, which now I stroll Crystal Blue
The Crystal Blue Ocean sparkles so bright Blue is the sadness of the dark night The crystal blue sky lights up my eye From the blue fish, to the blueberry pie Crystal blue tears that I cry To watch the beautiful blue car to roll right by I am unique and special
I wonder about the planets above I hear beautiful bird calls I see a wonderful roll model leading my way I want to perform and give laughs I am loving and kind I pretend to star in a movie I feel the breezy spring morning stream through my hair I touch the warm hot cocoa cup in my hand I worry that one day I will not be the same I cry for the people who are no longer here with us I am a independant dreamer I understand that I am very fortunate to have my family and friends I say that everything happens for a reason I dream that Earth will one day be a happy place I try to make the best of what it is I hope one day I will succeed in life I am unique and special As a child, Bruno sees the world fine
But Father's perspective is a different kind They sit and talk One trapped behind the fence the other roams freely like bird in the sky begging for food begging for freedom Both young boys needing a friend They should always be enemies, it will never end and shortly enough with smoke in the air, the Nazi's angry glare with the world in the boys eyes they say goodbye. Today I woke up
I dabbed and brushed my teeth brushed my hair and sprayed BBW everywhere I went to school in my car we did not travel very far we listed to some tunes zoom zoom zoom vrrom vroom vroom went the car oh look! The teachers eating caviar walking to my locker the blue lights up my eyes but the classroom is the real prize when I got home I danced and put on my favorite sweat pants Now I lay down to sleep and count the little tiny baby sheep good night.
